part of the spotlight that holds the color media, in color frames. Six frames is standard. Frame 1 is closest to the dowser/iris controls. Frame 6 is closest to the front of the barrel. Some spots have a 7th frame which is rarely used, but which can provide a blacklight, color correction, or blackout effect.
